1. Overview
This website is operated by DIEM GAMING. Throughout the site, the terms 'we', 'us' and 'our' refer to DIEM GAMING. By visiting our site and/or purchasing a controller from us, you engage in our 'Service' and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
2. Custom & Predesigned Orders
Predesigned controllers (Ready to Ship) are dispatched within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Fully customized controllers built using our interactive builder are unique and assembled to order. Cancellation is not permitted once assembly begins.
3. Direct Transfers & Notification
For payments completed via direct bank transfer, the user is required to submit an official transfer receipt through our designated validation channel (WhatsApp/Email). Orders will remain pending until funds are cleared.
